SOUTH TOMS RIVER YOUTH DAY is being held at Mathis Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, July 4, 2022. Besides agreeing to follow the mandatory Rules and Regulations listed on our website or squad website, here are some important reminders to help make this a smooth and successful event for all.

  1. All Vendors must register by submitting an Application to the South Toms River Borough: Attn Borough Clerk, 19 Double Trouble Rd. South Toms River, NJ 08757 or via email to:
  2. Check-in is at Mathis Veterans Memorial Park, Rt. 166 lot on Saturday between 10:00-11:30 am. Vendors must be ready for business by Noon. No vehicles are allowed into the event after 11:30 am.
  3. The event hours are from Noon. to 4:00 p.m. No Vendor may start breaking down or leave before closing time of 4:00 p.m.. Only Borough Administration may cancel an event or call a “weather day.”
  4. All food vendors must submit and show proof of a valid Ocean County Food Handler’s Permit. See Rules and Regulations for details of Vendor Food License from Ocean County Health Department website. There is a 2-week deadline prior to the event for registration and proof ( June 17, 2022)
  5. All Vendors must submit proof of Liability Insurance. All Vendors must have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit for employee access. All propane tanks must be located 10’ behind or away from a canopy tent safely.
  6. Any and All Canopy tents must be anchored on EVERY CORNER with 35 lb. + weights. Anchor ropes/ties must stay INSIDE the canopy and not extend outward. This is a mandatory safety rule.
  7. Vendors must REMOVE OWN TRASH and not use trash receptacles at the venue. Please bring your own trash bags.
  8. Vendors must keep space CLEAN and NEAT. $150.00 fee will be charged if the space is not clean during and after the event. Space must be left in its original condition.
  9. Vendor Space & Trucks must be open for business and occupied by the Vendor at all times during the event.
  10. Vendors are required to secure their own electrical cords to the pavement. Duct tape works fine. Vendors must provide their own generators as electricity is limited and reserved for Borough officials.

ALL VENDORS MUST READ, SIGN, AND SUBMIT THIS FORM. I have read, understand, and agree to comply with all of the above-listed rules along with all Rules and Regulations listed above.
