Effective November 3, 2015, the Borough of South Toms Rive has automated the receipt and posting of payments made through banks’ online bill payment services.  While most payments through this channel will be received and posted electronically within 2 business days, please initiate your payments a few days early to avoid any delays.    If you maintain multiple properties or accounts with the Borough, please create a separate payee for each property/account.   We can only electronically receive one payment record per account.    If you have any questions, please contact our Tax Office at 732-349-0403.

The Borough of South Toms River now has a new way to pay your taxes!

Automatic direct debit to your checking or savings account

• Debit your account automatically on the 5th or next business day; the month taxes are due. Never forget to pay your taxes or get charged delinquent interest again.

• E-Mail notification several days prior to transaction posting.

• Just fill out the form, attach a voided check (or for a savings account a letter from your bank with the AVA number and account number) and sent it to the Tax Office at 19 Double Trouble Rd. South Toms River, NJ 08757.
• Forms are available online at https://www.southtomsriver.org/, and at the Tax Office.
