Recreation Commission 

Borough Code 2-41: Seven (7) members and two (2) alternate members appointed by the Mayor, all of whom shall be residents of the Borough of South Toms River. The members shall serve without compensation, except as hereinafter provided. The Mayor shall designate one (1) of the members to serve as Chairman and presiding officer of the Commission.

The Commissioners shall be appointed for a term of five (5) years:
