NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE 7.2026
Ordinance 26-07 Establishing Chapter 21 of the Code of the Borough of South Toms River Entitled “New Jersey Film Ready” was introduced upon first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of South Toms River, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, held on May 26, 2026. It will be further considered for final passage after public hearing at a meeting of said Borough Council to be held in the Municipal Building, 19 Double Trouble Road in said Borough on June 8, 2026 at 7:00pm and during the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the said ordinance will be made available at the Clerk’s office in the Municipal Building of said Borough to the members of the general public who request the same.
