NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE 2026-06
Ordinance 26-06 Amending Article 1 of Chapter 50 of the code of the Borough of South Toms River entitled, " creating new section 50-2.1 entitled, : 100% disabled veterans tax refunds was introduced upon first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of South Toms River, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, held on May 26, 2026. It was considered for final passage and passed after public hearing at a meeting of said Borough Council on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 19 Double Trouble Road, South Toms River at 7:00pm and during the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the said ordinance were made available at the Clerk's office in the Municipal Building of said Borough to the members of the general public who requested the same.
