Ordinance 26-05 Amending and supplementing Chapter 26-29.2 of the Borough Entitled "Conditional Uses" was introduced upon first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of South Toms River, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey held on 11th day of May, 2026. It was considered for second and final passage at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of South Toms River held on the 26th day of May, 2026. Any Ordinance or Ordinances in conflict with the provision of this Ordinance are repealed to the extent of such conflict. NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted on second and final reading at a regular meeting of the Borough Council held on May 26, 2026 and was approved by Borough Council.
