BOROUGH OF SOUTH TOMS RIVER NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE 26-03 to exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation limits and to establish a cap bank ( N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14) the title of which is published herewith, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of South Toms River, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey held on March 9, 2026. It was considered for second and final passage at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of South Toms River held on April 13, 2026. Any Ordinance or Ordinances in conflict with the provision of this Ordinance are repealed to the extent of such conflict. NOTICE is hereby given that the forgoing ordinance was duly adopted on second and final reading at a regular meeting of the Borough Council held on Monday, April 13, 2026 and was approved by Borough Council.
