BOROUGH OF SOUTH TOMS RIVER NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE 2026-1 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 5 OF THE BOROUGH CODE ENTITLED “ANIMAL CONTROL” SPECIFICALLY SECTION 2.2 ENTITLED “FEE” EFFECTIVE 1/1/27 the foregoing ordinance was introduced and passed by the Borough Council on first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of South Toms River on the 9th day of February, 2026, and was considered for second and final passage at a meeting of the Borough Council held on the 9th of March, 2026. Any Ordinance or Ordinances in conflict with the provision of this Ordinance are repealed to the extent of such conflict. NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted on Second and Final Reading at a regular meeting of the Borough Council held on Manday, March 9, 2026 and was approved by Borough Council.
