AN ORDINANCE of the borough of South Toms River, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey establishing Section 8-3.6 of the borough code entitled Standard Operating procedures that the foregoing ordinance was introduced and passed by the Borough Council on first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of South Toms River on the 24th day of August, 2026,and will be considered for second and final passage at a meeting of the Borough Council held on the 14th day of September, 2026. Any Ordinance or Ordinances in conflict with the provision of this Ordinance are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
